The  symbol is an eye with three triangles above it and a big tear. The meaning of this symbol is rather confusing, although it can be interpreted that the eye is a symbol of truth.The three triangles may symbolize the mystery, companionship and fearless nature
On the other hand Mephistopheles  is one of 7 demon of Medieval Demonology!  It is said that, Mr. 
Faust, the protagonist of a classic German legend, based on the historical Johann Georg Faust (c. 1480–1540), is bored and depressed with his life as a scholar. After an attempt to take his own life, he calls on the Devil for further knowledge and magic powers with which to indulge all the pleasure and knowledge of the world. In response, the Devil's representative, Mephistopheles, appears. He makes a bargain with Faust: Mephistopheles will serve Faust with his magic powers for a set number of years, but at the end of the term, the Devil will claim Faust's soul, and Faust will be eternally enslaved.  So Our symbol of truth  cries, but the door of mystery and power opens once  again..

বিভূতিভূষণ অভয়ারণ্য প্রবেশদ্বার উত্তর 24 পরগনার অন্যতম সৌন্দর্য বলতে বিভূতিভূষণ অভয়ারণ্য তথা পারমাদান।পাখি দেখার পাশাপাশি,পিকনিক করা,নৌকা ভ্রমন,নীলকুঠির ছমছমে রহস্যময়তা এক অদ্ভূত মেলবন্ধন সৃষ্টি করে। courtesy  izifiso  facebook page ইছামতীর পাড়ে হাওয়া খেতে খেতে এই অভয়ারণ্যটি পায়ে হেঁটে ঘুরে নেওয়া যায়,তা এমনি পিকনিক মেজাজেই হোক অথবা কাছাকাছি ডে-আউট হিসাবেই।চাইলে অরন্য দপ্তরের লজেও একটা দিন নির্ভেজাল কাটানো যায়,সেটার জন্য অবশ্যই আগে থেকে বন দপ্তরের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা প্রয়োজন।তবে আপাতত সরকারি এই লজে বুকিং বন্ধ আছে।হরিণ,ময়ূর,মাছরাঙা,মৌটুসী দের নিয়ে অর্জুন,শিশু,তুঁত,বাঁশবনে ঘেরা ইছামতীর বুকে নৌকাভ্রমন আর ওপারে ভাঙা নীলকুঠির স্বাদ এক আলতো দিনে অন্য মাত্রা যোগ করে। এক ফালি ইছামতী এখন তো এই কুঠির পাড়ে রাতের বেলা  থাকা খাওয়া ও ক্যাম্পিংয়ের সুযোগ রয়েছে ,যাতে নদীর হাওয়ায় আপনার সাহসী মন কে রাতে একবার দুলিয়েও নিতে পারবেন।হাতে সময় থাকলে অরণ্য যাত্রার পাশাপাশি বনগাঁর পেট্রাপোল বর্ডারে বিকেলের কুচকাওয়াজেও সামিল হতে পারলে সত্যিই নিজেকে ধন্য বলে মনে হবে।বিকেল 4.30-5.30টার এই কুচকাওয়াজ এক অনন্য অভিজ্ঞতা সঞ

  CLICK HERE FOR MAIN ARTICLE "BALASORE DIARY"      আলো কমে আসার সাথে সাথে মন্দিরের দরজা বন্ধ করে দিল , আমাদের কড়া ভাবে নির্দেশ দেয়া হোল পাহাড় থেকে নেমে যেতে।  রাতে বন্য জন্তুর আগমনের ভয়ে সবাই সন্ধ্যার আগেই নেমে আসে পাহাড় থেকে !                পঞ্চলিঙ্গেশ্বর মন্দির (ওড়িয়া: ପଞ୍ଚଲିଙ୍ଗେଶ୍ଵର) ওড়িশার বালাসোর জেলায়। এর ভিতরে নাম করা পাঁচটি শিবলিঙ্গের জন্যেই এমন  নামকরণ করা হয়েছে। মন্দিরটি নীলাগিরি পাহাড়ের নিকটে একটি টিলার উপরে রয়েছে (নীল্পগিরিকে পশ্চিম ঘাটের সাথে বিভ্রান্ত হওয়ার দরকার নেই)।   কথিত আছে যে শিবলিঙ্গগুলি নির্বাসনের সময় ভগবান রামের স্ত্রী সীতা দ্বারা আবৃত ছিল। আরেকটি গল্পে বর্ণিত আছে যে রাজা বনসুরা এই জায়গাতে তার সৌন্দর্যের ভিত্তিতে স্বয়ম্ভু লিঙ্গদের উপাসনা করেছিলেন।   একটি বহুবর্ষজীবী ধারা, যা এই অঞ্চলের প্রধান আকর্ষণ, শিবলিঙ্গগুলির  উপর দিয়ে প্রবাহিত হওয়ায়  লিঙ্গগুলিকে  নিয়মিত ধুয়ে দেয়।  মন্দিরে পৌঁছতে জলের স্রোতের অভ্যন্তরে লিঙ্গগুলি স্পর্শ করতে এবং পূজা করার জন্য স্রোতের সমান্তরালে পাথরের উপর  টানটান করে শুয়ে থাকতে হবে।          নীলগিরি বা নীলাগিরি

One fine morning we took a train from Howrah to go to Bhubaneswar. At lunchtime we reached there. We had food and took some rest. In the evening we went for a walk. We went to a STD booth to call my granny and inform her that we reached Bhubaneswar safely. We heard from her that a super-cyclone is coming towards Orissa, but  (we) did not feel anything. Early next morning while I was lying on the bed, my father informed that the storm has reached Bhubaneswar. Sometime later when I went to the hotel corridor, I saw the storm. Every minute the storm was growing faster. Many trees were breaking. Lamp(-p)osts were uprooted. Window glasses and advertisement boards were flying all over. Huge trees were sliding down the road.
